817 Vine is a 100,000 sqft office campus located in the Hollywood submarket of Los Angeles. The project is designed to appeal to the entertainment, technology, and new media tenancy that dominate the Hollywood market.
Originally constructed for The Musician’s Union of Hollywood, the property will be reinvented with a two-building, creative office campus featuring a private, exterior landscaped courtyard and a new above-ground parking garage will be constructed. The project is expected to be completed in the 1Q 2019.
